Recipes
A Recipe is a rattler-build build kept in this repository because no public conda
channel supplies the package. Each one is the reason some fixture grades L1 rather than L3,
so this page is also the list of what stands between the corpus and portable packaging.
Of the 17 here, 3 have never actually been built.

- giotto-ph The parallel Ripser-derived persistence backend, built from git because it vendors its C++ engine as submodules an sdist cannot carry. method/persistent-homologymodality/point-cloud
- kmapper KeplerMapper's implementation of the Mapper algorithm, packaged here because a pure-Python library on PyPI is on no conda channel. method/mappermodality/point-cloud
- open-topodockq-featurizer The open persistent-Laplacian featurizer that replaces TopoDockQ's bytecode-only one, built over our petls-pytorch fork. method/persistent-laplacianapplication/structure-qamodality/molecular-structure
- open-topoqa-featurizer The clean-room interface featurizer written from the TopoQA paper, packaged as the open replacement for an unlicensed upstream. method/persistent-homologyapplication/structure-qamodality/molecular-structure
- open-topoqa-scorer The clean-room ProteinGAT retrain that scores what the sibling featurizer produces, packaged as the second half of an open TopoQA vertical. method/topological-deep-learningapplication/structure-qamodality/molecular-structure
- petls-pytorch The GPU-native PyTorch persistent-Laplacian engine, built from our fork rather than the PyPI release because the corpus depends on three fixes. method/persistent-laplacian
- phat PHAT's C++ persistence matrix-reduction backend behind pybind11 bindings, built here because the channels carry no package for it. method/persistent-homology
- pydowker Dowker complexes from arbitrary relations, and the leaf of a three-recipe chain that was a hollow green until the engine underneath it existed. method/multiparameter-persistencemodality/point-cloud
- pyflagser Persistent homology of directed flag complexes, built from git over a vendored C++ engine because no conda channel carries it. method/persistent-homology
- pyrivet The pure-Python interface to RIVET — trivial to build, and useless without the console engine the sibling recipe supplies. method/multiparameter-persistencemodality/point-cloud
- r-tda The established general-purpose R package for the field, packaged from CRAN with a compiled dependency set that is still a best guess. method/persistent-homologymodality/point-cloud
- r-tdastats The Ripser-backed R persistence package, built from CRAN because no conda channel carries the R side of the field at all. method/persistent-homologymodality/point-cloud
- rivet RIVET's Qt-free console engine for two-parameter persistence, compiled from a pinned master commit and deliberately published under a different package name. method/multiparameter-persistencemodality/point-cloud
- scikit-tda The meta-package that pulls the Python TDA stack together behind one install, built here because the channels carry the parts but not the whole. method/persistent-homologymethod/mappermodality/point-cloud
- topometry TopoMetry 1.1.0, built because conda-forge stops at a release that predates the API the eLife paper is written against. method/spectral-geometryapplication/single-cellmodality/high-dim-tabular
