GUDHI is the broadest of the general-purpose TDA libraries here: simplex trees, alpha and Rips complexes, persistence, and representation utilities in one package. Several other fixtures in this corpus depend on it rather than reimplementing complex construction, which makes it an enabling dependency as much as a tool in its own right.

It resolves from conda-forge with no recipe required.
