We’re working on idea generation for @POSTURE.
Foundry is a set of ideas we’re currently very excited about @FOUNDRY_WHITE_PAPER.
The project focuses on some current pipelines “nextflow -> galaxy”, “nextflow -> cwl”, “cwl -> galaxy” - etc… but we can broaden it out in different ways - ideas that harden pipelines or ideas that extend the approach in exciting new ways that are at least tangentially of interest to the Galaxy or CWL communities would be great.
Some things that would be good to get out of the grant from our perspective are (and definitely not limited to):
- Work that would explore the approach to connecting knowledge bases to agent skills would be great. In this domain or applying the approach to a new domain. The focus on the human in this approach vs rags or Claude skills or whatever - is novel here.
- Work that would make documentation of Galaxy Workflows for users and agents would be great.
- Work that would revitalize CWL outside of Galaxy would be great - maybe this could be part of a tooling approach.
