When running unit tests set GALAXY_TEST_IWC_DIRECTORY=/Users/jxc755/projects/repositories/iwc to make sure the IWC unit tests run.
We’re working out of a branch of gxformat2 for now - it can be found at /Users/jxc755/projects/worktrees/gxformat2/branch/abstraction_applications. If there are problems with gxformat2 related dependencies or you need to figure out information about that project please use that path.
If you’re outside of Galaxy - a worktree from another project you probably want to point Galaxy research at this branch for this work: /Users/jxc755/projects/worktrees/galaxy/branch/wf_tool_state.
